community yoga
Join us for our FREE community classes. This class will evoke laughter, smiles and a deep rooted sense of belonging. Come share in your practice, heat up your body, breathe together and grow as a community. The community that flows together stays together. ALL are welcome.
all levels flow
Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Our instructors weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental and intuitive states of consciousness.
express flow
Express Flow is an 45 minute express version of our All Levels Flow: an all levels class comprised of an energetic, flowing sequence, with a focus on synchronizing movement with breath. Sequencing will vary from class to class, encouraging creativity, exploration and play.
ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system of yoga that consists of a dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that flow one after the other, much like a dance. The process produces an intense internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs of the body, resulting in a balanced, calm and lucid mind and a health that permeates all aspects of the being.
ashtanga- full primary
When you’re ready for the full Ashtanga experience, this is the class for you. This class opens new dimensions of the mind-body-breathe connection, you will begin to move into a direct experience of the flow of the practice. With careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method, this class presents the full Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. Prior yoga experience recommended.
ashtanga- half primary
When you’re not quite ready for the full Ashtanga experience, this is the class for you, you will find your open space in this class with a balanced mix between physical exercise and a tranquil state of mind. Based in traditional Ashtanga Yoga, this class emphasizes technique, tradition, alignment and inspiration. You will learn yoga postures in a flowing sequence of movement and experience new potentials of strength and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels.
beginner aerial- intro to aerial yoga
During intro to aerial classes we will break down the general principles of hammock use. Enhance your aerial awareness and gain the confidence needed to access the greatest benefits of the experience.This is an all-around introduction to the practice of yoga postures using a low-hanging silk hammocks. Students explore familiar yoga postures in new ways using the hammock, and then translate that knowledge back to the ground. If you’re stuck in your yoga practice or just never found the right style for you, this is a great opportunity to try something new. Students with limited flexibility find they can easily access deeper stretches, and very flexible students learn how to pull everything together from their core. Expect to smile and laugh, but emerge deeply restored.
Appropriate for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners with no experience. Arrive with an open mind, in yoga type clothing (t-shirts required), no jewelry.

intermediate aerial- aerial strength
Class provides more core work and strength training to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. More challenging abdominal exercises are introduced at this level. In addition to basic inversions and shoulder stands, class adds fun aerial flips & tricks. Muscle endurance improved as skills are combined.
*Intro to aerial yoga is recommend, but not required. T-shirts required. No jewelry.*
morning flow
Wake up – the natural way! This fun and invigorating one-hour, mixed-level, flow yoga class is the perfect way to get going in the morning. Not only will you wake up easier and faster, but you’ll also leave class feeling energized and relaxed, focused and expansive with vitality and energy for your entire day. This class is appropriate for all levels.
lunch core flow
Fight the mid-afternoon slump with this energizing practice. This 45-minute class will reinvigorate your day. The core is your symbolic center of power. The core is where your center of gravity originates and where you find strength for your posture, yoga poses, balance, back and just about everything else. Creating a strong and stable core is the single most important aspect of a fit and balanced body. You will be lead through a flow that incorporates lots of poses designed to strengthen the core. The class is balanced with poses that will ignite the inner fire, strengthening the core and creating lean abs that will stabilize and power you through everything you do.
move and meditate
Move and Meditate is a weekly 75 minute yoga and meditation class to heal your body, spirit and soul. We will use yoga as a tool to awaken the breath and the body, opening the bodies energy systems and allowing the flow of energy to move with ease through your entire being. After awaking the energy systems with yoga, we will embrace the opportunity to engage the spirit and soul through a 20 minute guided meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels.
restorative yoga
Restorative Yoga is a form of soothing therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga postures. The postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing. The gentleness, availability of support and longer pose holding times make it easy for anyone to do. The focus of Restorative Yoga is on alignment and adjustment, which allows the body to relax and rest giving the body opportunities to renew and heal itself. The class is ideal for those going through stressful times, suffering from chronic pain, illness, injury or major life changes. It is also great for anyone who wants to experience rejuvenation of the body and mind through active relaxation and passive stretches and postures. This class is appropriate for all levels.
yin yoga
One of the primary objectives in yoga is our search for balance. Whether you have a regular yoga practice that is active and vigorous or your daily life is full of stress, there is no better way to create balance in your life and in your yoga than Yin. With the understanding that the true antidote to stress is rest, poses are held for longer periods of time facilitating deeper openings in the body and mind. You will be guided through a combination of Classic Yin postures, deep stretch, and restorative asana to find deeper ranges of motion and an increased flow of energy. This class is appropriate for all levels.
power yoga
During power flow students of all levels are led through a strong class with challenging postures, using the breath and yoga poses to direct your focus and create a new level of core strength and flexibility. In this class, we infuse Vinyasas (movements with breath) through yoga postures to increase the internal heat in the body and create a deep stretch and lengthen the muscles. The class sequence is powerfully designed to sweat away toxins, balance the mind, and renew the body.
yoga for athletes
Athletes of all kinds can benefit from the practice of yoga, especially when it is tapered to their specific needs. Whether you are a frequent marathon runner or training for your first 5k, a weekend warrior or a professional athlete, this class is for you! 200RYT and Athletic Trainer Amy Richmond creates a yoga class balanced to handle bodies in frequent motion. This class is focused on breath control, hip and shoulder mobility, core stability, and balance. We will finish each class with a guided meditation specifically for overcoming training obstacles and success in competition. This class makes the perfect addition to any training regimen! No previous yoga experience is needed for this class and the class is open to all. Anyone looking to stay injury-free and increase flexibility, strength, and peace of mind will enjoy this class.
chair 2 mat
Chair 2 Mat offers options of using a chair as a prop. You can use the chair to sit, use the chair as a balance point for standing poses, or put your foot on the chair for hip work. The idea is to find steadiness and ease in every pose. The chair is the perfect prop for those who are unable to get up and down off the mat comfortably or for those who need the assistance of the chair when getting up and down off the mat. This is a slow & gentle class for EVERY BODY. The benefits of this practice are remarkable. Students report reduced blood pressure, faster recovery from injury or surgery, better sleep, increased mobility and improved posture. Modifications available to meet each students needs.
senior/easy flow
In this introductory level class we focus on slow and easy movements to loosen the joints, increase mobility and muscle strength, improve breathing and help focus the mind to enhance cognitive function. The program is designed to provide a safe and accessible experience to a broad range of 60+ students (ALL ages are welcome) in a light-hearted and friendly way. Senior Flow is not a cure-all for years of use and abuse, but can provide significant relief from common age related aliments such as arthritis, back pain, headaches, digestive discomforts and chronic stress. With regular practice, you will sleep better, suffer fewer aches and pains and enjoy more energy and vitality for life.
karma kids mixed play ages 4-7
With kids being exposed to stressors at such young ages, it is great to introduce them to yoga at a younger age. This class creates a fun and playful environment to work with kids ages 4-7. We will teach kid’s to fly to new heights while still grounding them and teaching breath. They will flow through 1/2 the class in the aerial hammocks and 1/2 the class on the mat. T-shirts please.
karma kids mixed flow ages 8+
This class is designed for kids 8+. We will teach kid’s to fly to new heights while still grounding them and teaching breath. They will flow through 1/2 the class in the aerial hammocks and 1/2 the class on the mat. Each class will begin with a warm-up and include general conditioning designed to increase flexibility and strength. Yoga poses in the hammock and on the mat will be taught and made fun for all. T-shirts please.
karma kids yoga birthday parties
Our yoga parties are unique, age appropriate, and include basic and challenging yoga poses, creative breathing techniques, fun yoga games, creative art activity and relaxation time. Rates vary.
